MAPLE PANCAKESServes 4 INGREDIENTS 125 g (4 oz) plain flour METHOD Sift flour and salt into a bowl. Make a well in the center of the flour, add
egg and egg yolk. Start to add milk slowly, stirring all the time. When half of
the milk has been added stir in the melted butter and whisk until smooth.
Finally add the rest of the milk and let stand for one hour prior to making the
pancakes. Make pancakes and garnish with a dab of butter and a generous helping
of Pure Maple Syrup. |
